Indian Springs Ranch is unique and diverse hunting tract ideally located between three large bordering ranches. The area is known for producing big whitetails which have the right genetics to grow above average antlers and are able to reach maturity due to the large acreage, management-minded neighborhood. The property has unique ecosystems with bottomland hayfields, big hardwood timber, old rock quarry areas and rolling limestone plateau with scattered bois d'acrc trees and other brush.

General Description:
This property is comprised of three different types of habitat equally divided across the 180 feet of topographic relief. It starts on rough, rocky and brushy uplands in the highest third of the property, then transitions into fertile hayfields which would be ideal food plots, and finally into big hardwoods in the lower elevations. The property resides next to the Old Indian Treaty Boundary Line, and is named for the multiple springs that start on the property and then flow eastward toward Elm Creek. With five scattered ponds the property, it is already well watered, but these spring-fed drainages provide the perfect opportunity to build two small lakes. The roads will never run out of gravel as there are two abandoned gravel pits on the property.
