Description

The Ferrell Ranch is located in the far NW corner of Custer County just 8 miles SE of Leedey, OK.  The terrain is a mix of native grass pasture and CRP.  Approximately 84.6 acres are enrolled in income-producing CRP until the end of September 2020.  Several drainages lined with massive Cottonwood trees converge and channel spring water to the southeast corner of the property.  

Both power and rural water are available at the county road along the northern boundary.  Water for livestock is provided by one windmill located near the west gate.  A spring provides water to several pools in the drainage and then flows into a nice pond shared with the east neighbor.
