This property is conveniently located near the town of Seminole approximately 1 hour SE of downtown OKC. It is situated only 3 miles from the habitat rich fertile bottoms of the Little River which holds a significant population of puddle ducks throughout the fall migration. Below the dam of the lake is a duck marsh that is flooded using a siphon to draw the water from the lake into the marsh. Once the ducks find the marsh they have a buffet of native flooded grasses and smartweed to feast on! As good as the duck hunting is, the deer hunting shouldn't be overlooked because of the three wet weather creek drainages that create travel corridors from nearly every direction. The creeks are lined with majestic hardwoods and openings between the timber would make picturesque food plots! Beautiful mature pecan trees also add to the grandeur of the landscape.
