The ranch headquarters are centrally located and include a modest frame house along with working pens and covered hay storage. Miles and miles of perimeter fencing and cross fencing have been replaced over the past several years. Numerous pasture gates have also been added or replaced recently. A mix of native grasses and Bermuda make up the pastures and hay fields. The Seller has also been working to reclaim wooded areas of the ranch to increase the carrying capacity.
