Janie Cotton

Janie Cotton, is our Executive Assistant and Transaction Coordinator. She coordinates all of the purchase transactions for the company. She joined Legendary in 2019 after an extensive career in the title business working for Fidelity and First American, two of the largest title insurance underwriters in the country. Janie enjoys gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. She believes the key to her success and relationship building is attributed to "her special personal touch and availability to the team and their clients". Janie is dedicated to a high level of customer service and is not afraid of a challenge.
