This property is located in the western portion of Canadian County, OK at the intersection of Interstate 40 and Highway 270. The property is split into two separate tracts, both with I-40 frontage.

The Seller owned this property prior to the construction of I-40 and negotiated a tunnel under the interstate big enough for a vehicle which gives access to both parcels without leaving the property.

Both on-ramp and an off-ramp access is available from I-40 to highway 270.

Historic Route 66 fronts the northern boundary for approximately half a mile

Highway 270  makes up the eastern boundary for approximately 1,400 feet.

The portion of Calumet Road located south of I-40 is scheduled to be paved from the concrete at the I-40 bridge, all the way south to Reno Avenue.

This tract could be ideal for an oil field related company due to its location in the southern portion of the STACK Shale formation and proximity to the SCOOP formation.  The location would also be ideal for any number of commercial or industrial business.
